Depending on your circumstances and requirements, Alpha Admin Assistant offer our services on a Project-by-Project basis OR on Retainer, where you decide the number of hours per week/month you require and we are available for your projects for those hours.
Alpha Admin Assistant usually provide our services 'remotely', ie we complete your tasks on our own premises; but we do also provide on-site support if your requirements dictate. We are also available for meetings, seminars etc.

Tender Submission Preparation:-
- Research public tender opportunities available and compile summary/checklist of requirements
- Where needed, invite other disciplines to join a submission team
- Collate input material from other bid team members
- Create a document formatted appropriately for a tender submission
- Compile database of material typically required for making tender submissions - insurance and tax certs, auditor's statement of turnover, CVs, company profiles and information, details of relevant experience, photographs, questionnaires etc
- Proofing, final checks and editing, printing, binding, packing, copying to cd.
- Supervision and coordination of tender bid documents on your behalf
- One-on-One Mentoring Sessions on putting a bid together
Quality Control:-
- Create a list of 'Procedures' your company uses to produce its' services or products
- Create a Flow Chart or Instruction Notes (which will form part of the Quality Manual) for one Procedure
- Compile Flow Charts/Instruction Notes into a Quality Manual which staff will use to carry out their jobs
- Conduct an Induction Presentation of the Quality Manual for all staff
- Review the Quality Manual periodically and update where necessary
- Conduct a Refresher course of the Quality Manual
- Conduct an in-house Audit of one Procedure to ensure that the Quality Manual is being adhered to
- Create a Document Control Register (DCR)
- Create a catalogue of templates for a DCR
